LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT
Knowing the context in which LTPS operates, identifying its strategic issues, needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders, and those of risks and opportunities, all determine the strategic orientations essential to maintaining and continuously improving its quality management system.
It is within this framework that the CEO establishes and reviews the Quality policy, ensuring it is appropriate to the purpose of the laboratory and the context and supports the strategic orientation.
As part of this quality policy, commitment covers:
- Organizing the necessary resources;
Supporting employees in carrying out their activities and improving the effectiveness of the QMS; - Ensuring compliance with commitments;
- Conducting management reviews to assess the effectiveness of the system and decide on improvement measures;
- Communicating results with all stakeholders ;
- Promoting process approach and risk approach at all levels.
